The Digital Marketing Officer will work closely with business leaders, venue managers and external partners to deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.
You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing digital channels and analysing campaign performance to continuously improve marketing outcomes across the organisation.
Planning and creating engaging content for social media platforms, websites and email marketing campaigns.
Producing high-quality photography, videography and written content that aligns with each brand's identity.
Managing social media accounts, including scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels.
Writing, editing and publishing digital content that is engaging, accessible and customer-focused.
Maintaining content calendars to ensure consistent communication across all brands.
Monitoring social media interactions and responding professionally to customer enquiries and feedback.
Managing email marketing campaigns and newsletters, including audience segmentation and performance tracking.
Using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assisting with website updates, SEO initiatives and online brand management.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to promote events, product launches, special offers and organisational initiatives.
Identifying new digital marketing trends, technologies and opportunities to improve brand engagement and customer acquisition.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in a digital marketing, communications or social media role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies and content creation.
Experience producing high-quality photography, video and graphic content for digital platforms.
Excellent written communication, editing and storytelling skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience using digital analytics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.

Applicants must have:
A National Police Certificate obtained within the last three months.
Confirmation of the right to work in Australia, including a VEVO check where applicable.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
At least two years' experience in a similar digital marketing or communications role.
Experience in any of the following areas will be highly regarded:
Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads and Google Search Console.
SEO and SEM strategies.
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or InDesign).
WordPress or other Content Management Systems.
Email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor or Klaviyo.
Photography and videography.
Graphic design and branding.
Copywriting and content marketing.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Nepalese dishes to a consistently high standard.
Assist with menu planning and the development of new dishes and seasonal specials.

Oversee daily food preparation and cooking operations.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
Monitor stock levels, food storage, stock rotation, and inventory control.

Supervise, mentor, and support junior kitchen staff when required.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen.
Strong knowledge of Nepalese cuisine and traditional cooking techniques.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work both independently and within a team.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Sound understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Excellent communication skills.
