Baker

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and hard-working Qualified Baker to join the team at Neighborhood Cafe. This role is flexible, can start off part0time and lead to a full time opportunity very quick for the right candidate.

At Neighborhood Cafe our Bakers are responsible for:

· Assisting in product preparation and baking

· Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs

· Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery

· Providing delightful customer service when required

· Dough making

· Oven work

· Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards

· Customer service

· Ordering stock and stock take

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

· A Certificate III in Retail Baking and relevant on-the-job training

· Proven baking experience

· Ability to work a rotating roster

· Reliable transportation

· Excellent communication and time management skills

· Ability to work in a fast paced/flexible environment

· Passion for baking

You will be a reliable and self-motivated team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent time management and organizational skills.
