Undertaking basic carpentry and joinery repairs, including doors, locks, hinges, shelving and cabinetry.

Maintaining external areas, including pressure cleaning, rubbish removal and general property presentation.
Installing signage, fixtures, safety equipment and other building improvements.
Identifying maintenance issues and recommending practical solutions to improve facilities.
Carrying out workplace health and safety rectifications and reporting hazards promptly.
Conducting routine property inspections and documenting maintenance requirements.
Recording completed works, materials used and job notes through the organisation's maintenance management system.
Liaising professionally with managers, contractors and suppliers to ensure maintenance requests are completed efficiently.
Supporting facility improvement projects and assisting with new site fit-outs where required.
