About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised NDIS Intake and Office Administrator to join our team at Singh Foundation, based in Launceston, TAS 7250. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial operational role in supporting our business. As NDIS Intake and Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for new clients and their families, managing important administrative and intake processes that are fundamental to ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experiences. This role is essential to our ability to deliver quality services and maintain our commitment to accessibility and support within the disability sector.
Key responsibilities
Managing NDIS intake procedures, including receiving enquiries, gathering client information, and processing new participant applications
Conducting initial client assessments and needs identification to ensure appropriate service matching
Maintaining accurate and confidential client records and documentation in accordance with NDIS requirements and privacy legislation
Scheduling appointments and coordinating support workers for client visits and assessments
Providing administrative support to the broader team, including data entry, filing, and document management
Managing telephone and email communications professionally and courteously
Processing invoices, managing office supplies, and supporting general accounting administration
Liaising with NDIS planners, support coordinators, and other stakeholders on behalf of clients
Maintaining office systems and procedures to ensure efficient daily operations
Supporting compliance with NDIS guidelines, disability support standards, and relevant legislation
